…and then the noise stopped… a flash escaped from the ruby red eye blinded me, startled I began to spin around but the beast gripped me by my waist I let a shrill scream, the teeth sank deep in my chest and thighs but yet it didn’t kill me, I tried to pries the jaws off but the teeth are curved, I swayed helplessly in the jaws of the beast that was carrying me to a cave the inky black covered me, my vision is going blurred then went black. My lifeless body slumped to the ground the beast drew back it’s and started roaring.

day one in the trenches and already my friend is shot luckily i'm the trenches medic, he would of died. going to sleep is rough, with lice and the smell of rotting bodies, I wonder if the war will be over by Christmas.

were finally moving trenches, its on a beach, were going to be watching for any boats carrying ground troops.
I've just spotted a spec in the horizon its probably nothing but i'm keeping a eye on it its bigger now I can identify it a carrier eve alerted the general he says we should search it so i'm off to search it.

People in the Philippines, if you give up its precious life wasted. I’ve never been in a typhoon but I know what it feels like, there will always be light in the darkest cave. Your hope may be diminished but you should be restoring your hope gradually, people all over the world feel sympathy for you but none have as much as me. you should still have a burning heart so you can continue. If you still have a home  if you have food or water because please share if you do it will save one more precious person’s life.

…remembering… my squad was captured by four Japanese scouts two of my friends had been shot. As blood gathered on the cold cobble stone floor, I knew what they've been doing, torcher…

Blood trickled down my whipped back, “what is your message you are to deliver to the general?” I coughed up yet another lot of blood as I tried to speak, the Japanese torturer then screamed three choices, tell the message and my team freed, have my squad to be tortured until death or me. I was in cell when I reached for my guard’s Colt I thought damn Japanese…

It swallowed me my body was taken, death was upon me, I thrashed about, I reached for my boat, I was too late… the lake was still, mist gathered over the cold surface. The comet that struck the earth millions of years ago was now a popular spot for fishing. An old story I heard was about a phantom that patrolled these waters, the phantom    was a man who was crushed by the immense impact of the rock, but I don’t believe that sort of nonsense, so I came out anyway. I knew I was always rebellious, but so what?

The ground trembled as the lightning struck the earth, setting the tree it split in half, ablaze. The glass shattered to pieces as the wind pressed against it, dirt stirred in the wind, more thunder boomed overhead, my face drained of colour as I meet the heavy rain. The violent storm was looming over the city, it’s inky blackness consumed me as if it was a human.

 

The wind pulled down a house like nothing was there , the lake overwhelmed the sea wall , sprinting away from the gushing water I knew it wouldn’t be long until I was swept away

The oak planks creaked from the weight of my body, my jet black talons scratched at the walls, the roof had a trail of blood smeared all over, my teeth of fire was the only light, my muscly body of red smashed the unlit lamps, the glass had no effect on my hard scaly feet, my eyes would turn anybody who gazed into my them for too long would go mad.

 

The builder who hired me offered money but I didn’t take it for I had something else in mind, I walked up and opened my mouth. “I am home.”

…Slowly the sky got darker… a pale moon glimmered in the inky blackness. waves crashed and boomed, over lapping each other. Foam gathered on the shore, my hair waved in the soft breeze. The fire shed light among the night sky, as the wood was set ablaze the fire roared I peered up to the moon.

 

Leaves gently drifted down to the gritty sand shore stars guiding me as I strolled down the tide line, the grass swayed on the sand dune, ancient caves scattered by paintings dating back to the stone age, the sun, slowly rising, gave me new hope I will find civilization.

I whimpered in pain, my arms ached all over, I’ve been fighting for two hours suddenly everything stopped, I waited for the usual tugs, a large head of a strange eel-like creature burst out of the murky river mouth, I shrieked in terror… it had landed in the boat, its slender body reflected in the silver moon light, I had only realized it was night.

 

A black stream of blood trickled down the grey fish, the fillets of meat gleamed in the moon light, the transparent scales covered the boat I turned, and why was the newly discovered fish gone?

 White foam gathered on the beach, waves pushed and pulled me in the water. I thought "Will I ever see land again?",I dived under the water protecting me against the muscular water,
