It started I took a dive for the table smash a light shattered above me. Bang another rattle of gun fire thudded into the table. I didn’t think to pull out my own gun a desert eagle I only had 3 rounds after the last attack. I heard a scream they had got him my brother gone

 “I have to escape now there was no time they would get me to if I didn’t leave.”  “Run was the only word in my head like a bad memory being stuck on a wall.” I fired a bullet scoring a direct hit and then the noise stopped.

“Run now were in great danger.”

 A pair of blazing eyes glanced at me. A bullet scorched across the penetrating heat just missing Jacob.

” well that’s what I thought blood was coming out of his side like a cascade.”

“As I started ringing the police. He stepped out from behind the bush wait no it can’t be Jacobs wife had a gun pointed at her neck.

“Drop the phone now if you move she breathes her last breath.”

“Leave her she’s done nothing wrong it’s me you want to kill.”

With that the gun fired it tearing through me.

The cake Heath

A pleasant Oder cruised up my nose. The Oder of something freshly heated and caramel filled. At that moment the smell of to die for chocolate hit me by surprise.

I could hear a soft sizzle of shedding flavours. I could receive direct flavours crippling underneath the heat. Enchanting throat tickling caramel, moist flavour cooked to perfection had a soft hiss to it.

Strawberry slices were centred inside a delicate, flaky swirl. The most elusive chocolate oozed down its side. I gradually picked up a slice the most moist flavours rushed together to greet my mouth. Chocolate and caramel sluggishly soothed my throat, blackberry chocolate swirls Shedded my taste buds

Cross country part 2

The farm was rapidly approaching with every step that my crumbling legs could take me.Agony swept my helpless body like a hurricane. The corner to see the over whelming farm was just a head of me.As I turned the corner I noticed that the hill was covered in boys clambering up like retreating from a lost battle. The sprinting between  one another started while people started going down and at least 3-4 people passed me but then their speed  started to fade and  wash away and as that happened speed rushed into me and I passed 15-17 people to not only recover my spot but also get a better placing.................................for now. Another 50 meters until the hill, I could see people giving up. I thought to myself "so much for keeping a good pace" as I sprinted to the hill. As the hill got closer I dropped down on my hands and knees to crawl up the hill but allot of other people was doing it so I ran up the hill. At the top I realized that there was only 500 meters to go so I sprinted past a couple of people and kept a good pace. The track from there was nice and flat so it would be easy, that’s what I thought. “If I keep this pace I will be able to get a good placing" I said aloud. Some people in front of me turned around and that was my chance. I sprinted past three people and that's were all the trouble started.Vigorous Pain shot through my legs and body.At the last 100 meters unknown speed took me by surprise,my legs full of strength carried me across the finish line leaving my body in relief.My placing is a mystery to this day and always will be (well only I know my placing)

Part One of the Cross Country

Nerves were taking over my brain. My legs pounding with every movement. The stress was getting to me.My heart was pounding 100 miles an hour and this was before the race was even started. READY SET GO!!! I knew that the minute I ran all the pressure would get to me, but those three words kept echoing in my mind "Ready,Set,Go"  "Ready,Set,Go"  "Ready,Set,Go"  "Ready,Set,Go" .I didn't realize but half the runners were already ahead of me. The thought of what I was getting into was unbearable. Pain was burning my side when people rammed me into the side rope. I didn't realize but a big pile of collapsed boys was right in front of me."Collapsed boys I didn't want to end up like them" I thought to myself as my legs felt powerless. In front the track started to narrow down more and more and more, soon all the runners were running in single file and at least 5 people tried to pass me but the just got rubbed against the small fence. Then a sudden jolt of speed enhanced my performance. Nothing much happened until the farm, that's where things got interesting.

"aw man someone crashed my car"the teacher shouted viciously as he drove his phone into the whiteboard.He gripped the chair with rage before he slammed it down!!! he stormed across the room teeth clenched.His body looked like it was in lock down then suddenly his fist lauched at the wall.He said he was going outside.As Mr Anderson rentered a deadly silence echoed all around.

What Kereru Eat?

They eat fruit,twigs,leaves,buds and shoots of many plants.
Because they eat so much sometimes they fall out of trees.Thats one of the reasons they were hunted for thier meat.
 
Kererus roles are

One of their most important roles is spreading native seeds in the bush so trees like Miro,Kahikatea,Nikau,Karaka,Puriri so they can still be found in native bush areas.

How do they raise their chicks

Kereru are adults from 1 or 2 and can live for ten to twenty years.They take a month to hatch.The newborn feed on the adults milk older ones feed on fruit that has been chewed by their parents.

My scary moment

As we creeped higher everything fell silent.My heart skipped a beat with dread.I could see dark skyscrapers hanging over the city.There was a small click.Hanging for a second more then we started to plumet down!!!Gasping for air the more we fell down.all sounds were drained out by the thin screaming of my brother.Is this going to end.A another gust of wind stabbed my throat.I knew it was going to end soon but it felt like forever.It felt like ten tones of  stone were locking  me into place.air whipping my face.I could barely breath with the speed we were going.then it stopped leaving me froven to the spot!!!
