I heard a sound of wind sweeping in my ear ...and then the noise stopped... I took a silent step, but the house was really old and the wood creaked. All of a sudden a shadow crept over me and my fears. It's like the shadow was stalking me, it followed every move I performed. Then in the corner of my eye I saw something lurking towards a switch, it had poisonous ivy decorating the switch like a christmas tree he flicked the switch and then... I jumped into the window, did a swan dive and landed into the water.

“Well we better hurry up before he recognizes us!”

 “Psst!” Did you hear that?

 Then this wrinkly hand popped out and grabbed them tight around the collar and pulled them into the hedge. Then a crusty old man said “What the heck are you doing here, your risking your life to death!” “Why?”

 “Because that man in that ancient house killed my parents while they were sleeping.” “Well we better find a way to escape from this place like Harry Houdini!”

Today is meant for …Remembering… For the people fought for us in World War II a.k.a WWII. My Great Grandfather was a General this is his story. So it’s Day 21, Today's a meeting with the Australians. We are a bit worried because the Australians have a Chinese Captain and he might be a decoy to blow up Australia and New Zealand. We eventually got there me and my squad we had guns in our pockets encase something happened. We went into the room and saw the Australians with the Chinese Captain, He had A smiley grin on his face.

Once upon a time, there was a boy by the name of Bobby. He was a wild adventurer picking the dumbest risks ever. He escaped traps like Harry Houdini, Then one day a strange man came slithering over to him. And scared the living daylights out of him. After that he said “Why don’t you were gumboots mister?” The stranger cried. “Because gumboots aren't my thing.” Bobby said. “Here are gumboots they will help you along the way.” So Bobby put them on, it was a trap. Then the boots lead him to the river, and stuffed him in headfirst.

The Forest

Rocks silently vibrating up Mt. Kilamanjaro. Soft willow winds are pushing trees off the icy cliff. Birds tweeting for serious help. This is it,the time that we need to survive, because a earthquake. All the animals are surrounding  the mountain finding ways to get food and find shelter. Then a mila second after rocks started slip like ice. Leaves slowly fading away like Casper the ghost. Then they noticed it wasn't just an earthquake their spiritual tribe master is weakened. Which means that everything is slowly dyeing. The animals are passing away and everything is gone! Then a century later somehow the spiritual tribe masters son was finally born and brang everything back to life again.

Violent Storm Julian 100WC

…the violent storm was… about to hit Yorkshire in England.  Everybody was saying the storm would probably bring with it… a swirling tornado! Then on the 15.12.13 that’s when it struck everybody was taking cover. People were surrounding a special statue like they were protesting to keep it. Then a lightning bolt struck, and has already killed at least 50 people. Quickly after that happened, the swirling swaying tornado came. People were praying to god that if they could survive this treacherous torturing by nature. Then the whole of Yorkshire said there last words “This is it, Bye bye life.”

…Slowly the sky got darker… My eyesight was slowly fading away like an illusion. I was lost in the greasy dark forest. I was scaling and swaying in the trees. The moon was glistening in the sky. Then I hear a strange heavy bitter sound in the willow trees. Then sky got darker it was conquering over me. Then I heard heavy thunder striking in the moon rainforest. Then I saw on the peak of the hill. The ancient Beast Statue hidden in the cave. Legend says you have to complete the test to become the dragon warrior. So off I went and disappeared forever…

I was scouting through the forest like a hunter.

Trooping down my enemy… Tigress!

She was a feisty little beast always wanting to hunt down our kiwis.

She couldn’t escape from me now because I got a sniper rifle.

I can snipe her down because my bullet shoots like Usain Bolt.

Then I could hear steep bushy noises coming from the bush.

Then I went stealth mode 007 James Bond.

I peeked up like I was playing Hide and seek.

I saw Tigrees in a corner I reloaded and then.

The Killer Worm Fish!

The Killer worm fish!

It was a late foggy stormy night.

Frank brung out to sea… The Laser Jet 2000.

He when out far but when I mean far I mean really far.

No fishermen legends have ever been out that far,

Frank could hear heavy gruff sounds upon the sea.

His legs were shaking like an earthquake was happening.

He finally got out his fishing rod.

He felt something tugging on it.

It pulled so hard he almost fell into the wavy sea.

He finally got the fish and his eyes were wide open.

The Fish ate him.

"Aw man someone crashed my car!!" Mr Anderson yelled. His eyebrows went diagonaly down.His face was screwed up,red faced and tensed up to a level of madness that no one has ever seen in there whole entire life! Then he slammed his phone on the tippy top of the whiteboard. And of course he sighed like everyone else does when there balalistcly mad. And then said "I will go outside and calm down." Then he slammed then frame with his palm and off he went. it was a moment of Mr A being balalisticly mad!

Match Report

Today our Frankley football team won against Central, 4-0 to us. It was a home game at Frankley School. It was the football Semi Finals.

During our game Julian Corral scored a hat trick. (Heath and Jayden assisted all of his goals), Curtis scored too (Julian assisted.)They were quite a hard team to beat.

We think that our team played really well and with good defence and goalkeeping (Jake Erb.) Our attackers also played amazing. Basically our whole team played really High Quality!

Unluckily we had a few injuries. Oscar Hadley had his hand stood on. A player on Central got kicked in the stomach. The referee (Jose Corral) did an excellent job of refereeing, he made fair choices and good calls.

My Scary Moment!

I was petrified to scared to jump off. The diving board was in a very high place. My heart was beating 100 miles per hour,well I had to do it,but people were saying"Hurry up you chicken!" And I said just"Just wait!"There I go jumped of the diving board. I closed my eyes like a locked door. While I was in mid air I thought to myself"I really did it!!" "Yay!!"Then I felt the water travelling up my legs."Yay I did it!! Then I felt cold really cold like an iceberg!! The water was frezzing flippin frezzing!! Brrrrrrrr!!! I swam like Michael Phillips to the ladder,climbed up the ladder and I thought to myself Yay!! I did it!

What Kereru Eat?

They eat fruit,twigs,leaves,buds and shoots of many plants.
Because they eat so much sometimes they fall out of trees.Thats one of the reasons they were hunted for thier meat.
 
Kererus roles are

One of their most important roles is spreading native seeds in the bush so trees like Miro,Kahikatea,Nikau,Karaka,Puriri so they can still be found in native bush areas.

How do they raise their chicks

Kereru are adults from 1 or 2 and can live for ten to twenty years.They take a month to hatch.The newborn feed on the adults milk older ones feed on fruit that has been chewed by their parents.
