Today I’m
…remembering… I’m remembering my great granddad that died. He was a great fire
man and he died defending his troop who was putting out a fire. The volley of
bullets ripped up the earth one striking him in the arm and chest he was taken
away buy his fellow comrades. He was taken to the British hospital but slowly
the life drained out of him. He was buried at the cemetery relatives came and
put flowers on his grave.
Oscar,I am not sure if my commenters successful. I enjoyed your personal act of remembrance for a relative you would never have met - very respectful.
